Emily has worked in the classical music industry for the past 10 years, first as an agent for composers, conductors and instrumentalists at Rayfield Allied in London, before joining the Philharmonia Orchestra as Manager, Recordings and Projects.
In 2020, she became part of the Edinburgh International Culture Summit team, working under Sir Jonathan Mills. In 2021, she moved to Hong Kong, where she continued her work remotely as Programme Manager for the EICS and working with NMC Recordings before being appointed Head of Culture and Events for the Alliance Française de Hong Kong.
Emily originally received an AHRC scholarship to study for an MMus in Ethnomusicology at SOAS (School of Oriental and African Studies) where her research focused mainly on classical music performance and practice. Most recently, she has been appointed a Trustee of NMC Recordings on her return to Europe.
